Blogspot blocked again

Blogspot URLs are blocked again in China. Sinobyte reports it is blocked in Beijing and Shanghai, and I can confirm being blocked in Xi'an, too. Blogger.com addresses still work, so I can manage the blog, but can't view it. If only they could publish their criteria, so we could omit certain keywords. This is their psychological triumph, though, to keep everyone guessing all the time. Half the Chinese people don't know about this internet blocking because there's no rhyme or reason, and no message that comes up to tell you you are being blocked. Many people must just think there's something wrong with the computer or their ISP. Psychological warfare that shows the great Han chauvinism's arrogant condescension.
